These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ajjjili platform and all related services. By accessing or using ajjjili, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ajjjili ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by ajjjili, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ajjjili platform.
Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction
21+ Strictly Enforced. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online casino gaming is restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ajjjili strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification prior to any real-money activity.
To be eligible to register and use the ajjjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

ajjjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Account Registration
To access real-money games and services on ajjjili, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered to your name.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ajjjili platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. If ajjjili detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Before any withdrawal is processed, all accounts must complete ajjjili's KYC identity verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification must also be completed before claiming certain promotions.
ajjjili reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account relationship. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. ajjjili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorized activity, and ajjjili shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on ajjjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ajjjili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts for each payment method are displayed at the time of the transaction and may be subject to change.
Deposits
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ajjjili account within seconds of successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. ajjjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party into your ajjjili wallet, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
ajjjili reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals may be delayed if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been fulfilled. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Anti-Money Laundering
ajjjili complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). We are required by law to report suspicious transactions and to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions above prescribed thresholds. By using the ajjjili platform, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Playing games that are excluded from wagering contribution while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being voided.
Bonus Abuse
ajjjili actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings derived from abuse forfeited, and the account suspended or terminated.
Promotion Eligibility
ajjjili reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are generally available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with the platform. ajjjili also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Gameplay Rules
All games available on ajjjili — including live casino, slots, bingo, virtual sports, and the tower game — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
Game Outcomes
The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live dealer results in the case of live casino games. ajjjili's game software is regularly audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR technical standards. Game results are final once confirmed by the system and are not subject to manual reversal except in the case of a verified technical error.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ajjjili will investigate the incident and, where technically feasible, restore the game state to its last known valid position. If restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. ajjjili's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final. Minimum and Maximum Bets

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ajjjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain — any such gain must be reported to ajjjili support immediately;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats;
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law;
- Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to access or use your account;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with ajjjili;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to any part of the ajjjili platform, software, or infrastructure;
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior toward ajjjili support staff or other players;
- Circumventing any responsible gaming control, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account after self-excluding.
Responsible Gaming

Suspension & Termination
ajjjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated any of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and any winnings derived primarily from bonus funds may be forfeited. Any funds representing genuine deposits that have been wagered at least once will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting ajjjili support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ajjjili's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ajjjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
ajjjili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or failure of third-party service providers — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. ajjjili shall not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability caused by such events.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ajjjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ajjjili platform — including but not limited to the ajjjili brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ajjjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ajjjili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the platform for any commercial purpose.
Any unauthorized use of ajjjili's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.
Privacy & Data
ajjjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. By registering an account on ajjjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, AMLC reporting obligations, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
ajjjili does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities is limited to what is strictly necessary for the relevant purpose and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The ajjjili platform operates in compliance with regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Amendments
ajjjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the ajjjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
